Maria Oralia Lucero, 70, passed away on April 26, 2018 at her La Junta home. She was born on September 1, 1947 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Esaquiel & Maria (Torres) Guerrero. Maria loved spending time with her family and friends.

She enjoyed playing bingo and having fun. She was an avid Denver Broncos fan. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Myers of La Junta; siblings, Rosie Smith of Las Vegas, NV and Esther (Refugio) Robles of La Junta, CO; four grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

… Read More » She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Rudy Lucero, son, Daniel Lucero; brother, Armando Guerrero. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe/St. Patrick Parish. Those wishing to do so may make memorial donations to charity of choice direct or through the funeral home.
