Obituary for Marion L. Shepherd Marion L. Shepherd of Dublin, OH formerly of St. Clairsville and Belmont, OH passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018. Marion was born in 1934, daughter of the late Edna and William Alden Palmer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph T. Shepherd in 2013; and her beautiful daughter, Melinda Shepherd in 2015.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Shepherd; daughter, Jennifer Dean; sisters, Sandra Mueller and Suzanne Rein; grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She graduated from Belmont High School and The Ohio State University. She was a teacher for several years at Bellaire High School before becoming an excellent homemaker and wonderful mother.

She loved cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes and never missed an opportunity to wear “scarlet and gray” or proudly display the OSU flag. At her request, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Morristown, OH.
