Marlene S. Raub, 83, of Forks Township, passed away suddenly Tuesday, November 6, 2018 in St. Luke’s Hospital. Born December 21, 1934, in London, England, she was a daughter of the late Charles E.S. Moore and Winifred E. (Knight) Callahan. Her husband of 52 years, Carl R. Raub, died June 25, 2011.

She was a health aide with various area agencies last working at Eastwood. Marlene enjoyed needlework and cards. She was a member and past president of the General Federation of Easton Women’s Club, past county president of General Federation Women’s Club and member of Nazareth Women’s Club.

Marlene was a member of the Red Hat Society. She also enjoyed participating in her local resident association where she was a past president. Surviving are two sons, Kenneth Curtis, of Walterboro, SC and Jeffrey J. Raub and his wife Deanna, of Fombell, PA; a daughter, Diane S. Schlegel and her husband Herbert, of Bethlehem Township; a sister, Sandra Fredrickson, of Glastonbury, CT; nine grandchildren, Bonnie K. and Shannon Callahan, Daryl L. Mitchell.

Autumn Beede, Sean, Kyle and Jamie Raub, Justin Schlegel and Emily Krieger and thirteen great-grandchildren, Taylor, Bobby, Madison, Tyler, Austin, Dylan, Trenton, Landon, Payton, Merrick, Parker, Silas and Topher. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a son. Barry Callahan.

A memorial service will be held 11am Monday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton Street, Wilson Borough. Call Monday 10:30-11am in the funeral home. Offer online condolences at www.
