Martha Ann “Marti” Bell, 78, or Granite City, Illinois passed away at 5:45 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2018 at her home. She was born December 18, 1939 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late Karl and Ann (Wargo) Brad. She retired as an accounts payable clerk from the City of Granite City after 25 years of dedicated service.

She enjoyed reading, had a special love for animals and cherished her grandchildren. She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends. Marti is survived by a son, Wayne Tellor of Washington; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia and Don Hudson of St. Louis and Leigh and John Goodman of Granite City; four grandchildren, Heather Steinback, Tiffany (Michael) Geelan, Grant Tellor and Clark Goodman; two great grandchildren, Clive and Orson Steinback; other extended family and friends.

In celebration of her life and in accordance to her wishes, no services will be held. Memorials may be made to the Granite City A.P.A. and may be accepted at the funeral home. To send flowers or a remembrance gift to the family of Martha Bell, please visit our Tribute Store.
