Obituary of Martha S. Lundin Martha S. Lundin, of 115 Fredrick Blvd. Jamestown, NY, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, March 27, 2019. A Jamestown area resident her entire life, she was born July 26, 1953 in Jamestown, a daughter of the late Norman P. and Barbara R. Coffin Lundin.

Martha was a 1971 graduate of Southwestern Central School and earned her associates degree from Jamestown Community College. She also attended the Roswell Park Cancer Institute where she received her training in Cytotechnology. Before her retirement in 2015, she was employed as a cytotechnologist at WCA Hospital where she worked for 41 years.

Martha’s greatest joy was spending time with her friends and family and going shopping with her sisters. She is survived by her sisters; Karen Lundin, Debra (Art) Osterdahl both of Jamestown, Ann (Cregg) Bernard of Busti, her sister-in-law, Brenda (the late Robert Lundin) Kelley of Jamestown, her nephews; Andrew and Jon Osterdahl of Jamestown, David Saxton (Hunter Prentiss) of Jamestown, Jill Saxton (Justin Roberts) of Jamestown, Ryan Bernard of Baldwinsville, NY and great nephews Hunter and Brantley Roberts of Jamestown. Martha was preceded in death by her father Norman P. Lundin who died December 11, 1985, her mother Barbara Coffin Lundin who died December 20, 2011, her brother Robert N. Lundin who died June 15, 2012 and her niece Vicky L. Juhl who died September 16, 2012.

Per Martha’s wishes, a private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed. Inurnment will be in the Lake View Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to charity of one’s choice.
