Obituary for Mary “Betty” Elizabeth Taylor Mary “Betty” Elizabeth Taylor Lakeland – Mary “Betty” Elizabeth Taylor, 75, passed away Dec. 18, 2018. Betty was born in Baltimore, MD on May 27, 1943.

She moved to Lakeland from Salisbury, MD, and was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church, and the Resurrection Counsel of Catholic Women. Betty was an accountant, and the owner of her own business, Betty Taylor, Inc She enjoyed spending time with her family, movies, watching all sports, and church activities.

Betty is survived by her son, David Corey Taylor, and his wife, Heather Jane Taylor of Lakeland; grandsons, Christian Nathaniel Taylor and Corey Alexander Taylor, both of Lakeland. A Funeral Mass will be conducted Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019 at 11 am at Resurrection Catholic Church, 3720 Old Road 37, Lakeland, FL 33813.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Resurrection Catholic School, 3720 Old Road 37, Lakeland 33813, in honor of where her grandchildren attended.
