Obituary for Richard “Dick” Williams Richard “Dick” L. Williams Lakeland – Richard “Dick” L. Williams, 77, passed away Dec. 19, 2018. Mr. Williams was born in Paducah, KY on May 28, 1941.

He served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, retiring as a Master Sgt. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and recently became a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Plant City. Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Charlotte Williams; daughter, Tia Newton; sons, Michael Williams, David (Barbara) Williams and Paul Williams; brothers, James, Glenn and Steve Williams; sisters, Barbara Peeler, Carolyn Saffer and Brenda Crain; 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be conducted Sat. Jan. 5th at 11 am at Eastside Baptist Church, 1318 E. Calhoun St. Plant City, FL 33563.
