Mary (Dohey) Frank, 95, of Forbes Road, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, at home. She was born Sept.

14, 1923, in Forbes Road, a daughter of the late George and Dorothy Dohey. She was a member of St. Bartholomew Church and had been an active member of the former Rosary Altar Society of St. Mary’s Church. Mary was also an avid Steelers fan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony A. Frank; granddaughter, Tina Marie Stevenson; four brothers, Michael, John, Steve and Chuck Dohey; sister, Anne Albright; and two sons-in-law, Terry Obney and Robert Schaffer. She is survived by her nine children, George A. “Gizmo” Frank, of Forbes Road, Anna Marie Stevenson (Terry), of Greensburg, Connie Schaffer, of Latrobe, John “Jose” Frank, of Forbes Road, Joseph Frank (Susan Knepper), of Johnstown, Mary Malago, of Greensburg, Anthony “Tony Boy” Frank (LaLonnie Rowe), of Derry, Ruth Ann Bartos (Bryan), of Hunker, and Theresa Wesling, of Greensburg; 15 grandchildren, Christina Frank, Terry A. Stevenson (Dana), Todd Stevenson (Dominic D’Amico), Daniel Knepper (Tammy), Matthew Knepper (Amanda), Misty Beaufort, Terry “TJ” Obney (Nicole), Michael Obney (Julie), Lisa Eicher (Bill), Anthony Frank (April), David and Katy Frank, Stephen and Patrick Yusko and Nicholas Wesling; 21 great-grandchildren, Melissa Stevenson, David and Emma Knepper, Maurissa and Alex Smeltz, Hannah Beaufort, Ryan and Taylor Obney, Rocco and Brynlee Obney, Robbie Krise, Rebecca and Rachel Eicher, Jade Bellish, Jasmine Kubistek, Anthony, Aiden and Kinsley Frank, and Devon, Gia and Ashyln Frank; former son-in-law, Jeffrey Yusko; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Dr. Larry Plundo and Bridges Hospice, especially caregivers Melissa and Lisa, for their kind and compassionate care during their mother’s illness.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Mary from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at CLEMENT L. PANTALONE FUNERAL HOME INC. , 409 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg, PA 15601, 724-837-0020. Parting prayers will be held at 9:15 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Bartholomew Church, Crabtree, with Father Justin Matro, OSB, celebrating.
