Obituary for Mary Helen Dickinson Mary Helen Dickinson, affectionately known as Meme, went to be with the Lord after a long illness on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at age 68. She is survived by her siblings, Bobbie Bradford, Betty (Dan) Bolden, and Charles Glasscock; nieces and nephews, Janice Schadenfroh, Janet (Rick) Kuzmiak, Mike (Marsha) Bradford, Barry (Deneen) Bolden, Bruce (Gayla) Bolden, Melissa Brady, and Michelle (Chris) Warren; and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by one sister, Diane Metzger and one brother-in-law, Grady Bradford.

Mary Helen was a member of Enon Baptist Church. She volunteered at Carraway Hospital. She was loved by so many and will be missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be Friday, March 30, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at The New Gardendale Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial at Duck River Cemetery in Walter, AL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Ronald McDonald Foundation.
