Those left to cherish her memory is her husband, Jerry Dark, Sr.; son, Jerry Dark, Jr.; daughters, Danielle Lee (David), Meghann McClure; grandchildren, Isaiah Dark, Felicity Dark, Abigail Lee, Gracie Lee, Emma Lee; brother, James Phillip “Buddy” Skains (Janie); sister, Cheryl Anderson (Donnie); a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Howard and Mary Louise (Cannady) Skains.

Friends may visit with the family Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Edmonds Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 22, 2019 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Edmonds Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Dark, Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow in Midway Cemetery under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home.
