Maxine Eberhart, age 91, of Ashland, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at the Court Manor Nursing Home in Ashland. She was born on November 16, 1927 in Flint, MI, the daughter of James and Eula (Pool) Briggs. She graduated from high school in 1948.

Maxine moved to central Michigan and married Stuart Eberhart and together they raised five children. After the death of her husband, Maxine eventually moved to Ashland, to be closer to her daughter, Pamela Randall and her first grandchild. Maxine was a loving, caring homemaker who loved the Lord and her family.

In her younger days she enjoyed bowling and participated in team competition. Maxine was a strong woman, never complaining about her circumstances, always cheerful and upbeat. Maxine enjoyed baking, cooking and caring for her family.

She is survived by her 4 children, Donnie Eberhart, – Ann Arbor, MI, Pamela Randall – Ashland, Debbie (Ed) Gonzalez – Houston, TX and Mark (Candice) Eberhart – Orlando, FL, 6 grandchildren, Jarvis and Gerald Randall, Nicole (Kevin) Kirk, Megan Gonzalez, Samuel (Tyler) Eberhart, Katherine (Mathieu Burnet) Eberhart and one great-granddaughter, Madelyn Eberhart. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Stuart and her eldest son, Dannie Eberhart. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the Roberts Funeral Home in Ashland, WI with Pastor Rick Williams officiating.
