Obituary for Mildred Ann “Midge” DelRio (Delrio) Midge DelRio, 58, of Anmoore passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at United Hospital Center Bridgeport, following a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born on November 1, 1959 in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late Louie B. DelRio and Pauline Schultz DelRio. Midge is survived by her son Phillip C. Cann II and Granddaughter, Natalie Mae Cann of Clarksburg WV, her sisters, Mary Trecia Taylor and husband Jerry of Beckley, WV, Paula Swiger and husband Terry of Charlotte NC.

, her brothers Louis “ Lou” DelRio and wife Missy, Larry DelRio and wife Kelley, Anthony “Tosh” DelRio and Perry DelRio, all of Shinnston,one brother-in-law, Gary Shaw, Shinnston, several nieces and nephews and several Great Nieces and Nephews, good friends Nancy Swiger and Rosie Davis. Preceeding her in death are Sister Carla Shaw and the father of her son, Phillip C. Cann. Midge was a graduate of the Shinnston Class of 1978, the last graduating class of Shinnston High School.

She was a member of American Legion Aux. Post 13. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter and her family.

Friends and Family will be received at Harmer Funeral Home, 300 Pike St. Shinnston, WV from 2:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 30, 2018 and a Funeral service at 11:00 AM on Friday August 31, 2018 with Pastor Chris Shingleton officiating.
