Obituary for Matthew Thomas Love Matthew T. Love, 73, of Farmington passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at his residence . He was born March 6, 1945, at Cedar Rapids, Iowa, a son of the late James and Wana Love. He was proceeded by his wife Joan Virginia Love, whom he married September 17, 1964.

Matthew is survived by his children Aimee Love of Farmington, Matt Love and his wife Delphia of Farmington, Jason Love and his wife Michele of Smithfield PA, and Sean Love and his wife Tawndra of Fairmont his brothers William Love, Paul Love, Vaughan Love, Sheridan Love, his sisters Mary Landers, Connie Handel, Deb Webker, his grandchildren Christian Love, Corey Love, Zack Love, Alex Love, Patrick Corbin, Breanna Love, Jennifer Dempsy and Nathan Williams, Great grandchildren Neveah June Love, Athena Elizabeth Love, Jordan Michale Love, Logan Funtaio, Alliana Dempsy, Lucas Dempsy. Matthew was employed at Fairmont State College and served in the United States Marine Corps, and the West Virginia National Guard In addition to his parents and his wife, Matthew was proceeded in death by his sister Deloris Cole, and his brother Ronnie Love . Matthew enjoyed bird watching and landscaping and donating to the National Arbors Foundation, and spending time with his fur baby Bella.
