Obituary for Mildred L. Loftis Mildred L. Loftis, 87, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Jan. 03, 2018 in Kerrville, TX. She was born on Oct.

27, 1931 in Pauls Valley, OK to Laura and R.C. (Buck) Sullivan. Mildred worked in accounting for Kennedy and Minshew Law Firm in Sherman for several years. She lived in Lake Texoma/Pottsboro from 1972- 2017 and then retired to Kerrville.

Mildred and husband Bob were members of the Elks Lodge. Mildred is survived by her husband, Bob Loftis of Kerrville; sons, Gary Skinner of San Antonio and Ron Skinner of Rocksprings; brother, Ray Green of Rosedale, OK; also, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Richard Skinner.
