Minnie Lee Walton of Creswell, OR died on June 30, 2018 at the age of 89. She was born in Willow, Arkansas on July 19, 1928 to parents, William Ervin and Josie Evelynn (Langley) Medlin. She married Dewey Eugene Walton on July 3, 1946 in Malvern, AR.

Minnie was a homemaker, but also was a Row Boss for Evonucks Farms in Goshen. She worked for Don Hanson Produce in Creswell until she was 75. She enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, traveling Oregon, and rockhounding.

She especially enjoyed spending time with her great-grandchildren, who were the light of her eye. She is survived by daughter, Bonnie Salazar; son, David (Faith) Walton; and son, Dewey (Dena Clark) Walton, all of Creswell; sister, Ilaree Efird of Malvern, AR; sister-in-law Trubie Medlin of Eugene, OR; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey; 2 sisters; 3 half-sisters; 5 brothers; and a half-brother.

A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 10, at Creswell Pioneer Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel in Cottage Grove. Please access the online guest book at www.
