Nancy’s Obituary Nancy R. Nace, 83, of Telford, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 in St. Luke’s Quakertown Hospital. She and her beloved husband Melvin C. “Mel” Nace celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in July. Born in Hatfield, PA, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Ruth (Custer) Schwartz.

A homemaker, she also assisted her husband in the family business, Mel Nace State Farm Insurance in Sellersville. Mrs. Nace was a longtime member of Calvary Church in Souderton where she sang in the church choir for over 40 years, served as a Sunday School teacher, and provided nursery care. In her free time she enjoyed caring for her flowers, making needlepoint tablecloths, preparing Sunday dinners, taking cruises, and traveling, especially to Hawaii.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Sharon Breish and her husband Joseph of Coopersburg, three sons: Brian Nace and his wife Vicky of Souderton, Gary Nace and his wife Karen of Berwyn, Dale Nace and his wife Michelle of Quakertown, 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, a sister, Ellie Taylor of Sellersville, and a brother, Gregory Schwartz and his wife Connie of Spinnerstown. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Dolores Hunsicker and Beverly Linkenhoker. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 11:00 AM in Calvary Church, 820 Route 113, Souderton, PA 18964.

Interment will be private in the adjoining church cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10-11 AM prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Operation Smile, 3641 Faculty Blvd.
