Neil Allen Mills LARGO, FL – Neil Allen Mills, 82, died on March 27, 2018 at Oak Manor Nursing Home in Largo, Florida from complications with Parkinson’s disease. Born September 15, 1935 in Keyser, WV, he was the son of the late Ivan O. Mills and Catherine (Riley) Mills. She was also preceded in death by his younger brother, Douglas I. Mills and brother-in-law, Thomas Westfall.

Mr. Mills was a graduate of Keyser High School and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He retired from the Olympic Health Club in San Francisco, CA as a masseur and a physical therapist tech. Surviving are his two sisters, Lyda Westfall of Seminole, FL and Janet Jean Amtower and husband Robert of Keyser.

He is also survived by his five nephews and four nieces. The family would like to thank Oak Manor Nursing Home for their kindness and excellent care given to Neil during his illness. A celebration of life will be given by his sisters at the home of Lyda Sue Westfall, at 150 Warner Street, Keyser on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 2:00 pm for close friends, classmates and family.

A private committal was held at Queens Point Cemetery.
