Obituary for Nina Jennings (Fletcher) Nina Fletcher Jennings – Weber City, VA Nina Fletcher Jennings, 93, Weber City, VA went to be with Jesus, Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at NOVA Health and Rehab, Weber City, VA. Nina was born in Dickenson County, VA on November 9, 1924 to the late Milton and Cora (Pergin) Fletcher. In addition to her parents, her husband, Noah Jennings; daughter, Rosie Taylor; son, David Starnes; granddaughter, Angela Ramey; sisters, Bertha Compton and Virgie Mullins; and brothers, Earl, Carl, and Arthur Fletcher preceded her in death.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughters, Debra Hilton, Johnson City, TN and Norma Houseright and husband, Earl, Gate City, VA; grandchildren, Teresa Castle, Anita Hartsock, Juanita Starnes, Rena Wood and husband, Bryant, Kimberly Lovelace and husband, Joseph, and Melissa Barton; along with several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday, November 9, 2018 at the Gate City Funeral Home and other times at the residence of her granddaughter, Kimberly Lovelace. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Brandon Young officiating.

Emily Howard will provide the music. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 9:15 a.m., Saturday to go in procession to the graveside service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Gate City Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses. An online guest register is available for the Jennings family at www.
