Obituary for Noble D. Burrow Jr. Noble D. Burrow Jr., of South Beloit, IL, died Sunday, December 16, 2018 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born April 1, 1944 in Mammoth Spring, AR, the son of Noble and Marie (Corter) Burrow Sr. Noble was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Patricia Hayes on October 9, 1965 in Rockford, IL.

Noble was employed by Lockjoint in South Beloit, IL, as a supervisor for 44 years, retiring in 2008. He enjoyed fishing and was a St. Louis Cardinals, Dale Earnhardt and Green Bay Packer fan. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Burrow of South Beloit, IL; children, Louise (Paul) Block of Randall, MN, Eddie Burrow, Terri (Adam Gentry) Hess and Noble Burrow all of South Beloit, IL; grandchildren, Thomas (Theresa Tveit) Block, Jonathan (Anna Sturges) Block, Matthew Cross, Kristen Burrow, Matthew (Ashley Valenzuela) Hess, Noah Burrow, Nathan Burrow, Nolan Burrow and Ethan Gentry; great grandchildren, Kyleigh Opatz, Gunder Block, Emma Block and Zoe Stewart; sisters, Emma Smith of Channahon, IL, Clara Johnson Overland Park, KS and Wanda Sue (Barry) Watkins of Stillman Valley, IL; like a sister, Phyllis O’sen of Beloit, WI; aunt, Betty “Rachel” (Marvin) Congdon of South Beloit, IL; many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Dr. Leo, Dr. Tolentino, the Palliative Care Department at Beloit Memorial Hospital and Beloit Regional Hospice for the care that was given to Noble. He was predeceased by his parents, in-laws Edward and Marjore Hayes, great grandchildren Jayden Matthew and Ja’Naya Elaine, brothers-in-law Gordon Smith and Marvin Johnson. Funeral service for Noble will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 21, 2018 in the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, WI, with Pastor David Meding officiating.

Burial will be in Floral Lawn Cemetery, South Beloit, IL. Visitation of remembrance will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Upcoming Events Visitation , DEC 20.
