McIntyre, 83, of Perryville, died on December 20, 2018 at Estates of Perryville in Perryville, MO. She was born February 15, 1935 in Crosstown, MO daughter of Leo and Hilda (Moeckel) Oswald. She and Clyde McIntyre were married on July 13, 1983.

He preceded her in death on February 5, 1993. Norma had been a housekeepker at Estates of Perryville. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and a Cardinal baseball fan.

She enjoyed collecting angels and reading. Survivors include one step-son, Danny McIntyre of Arizona; two brothers and one sister, Ben Oswald of St. Louis, Wilma Esselman and Arnold “Arnie” Oswald, both of Perryville and five step-grandchildren. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, three brothers, Herman, Alfred and Ruben Oswald; one sister, Olga Oswald; one step-daughter, Janet Miller and one brother-in-law, Robert Esselman. Visitation will be held at Young & Sons Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 26 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and on Thursday, December 27 from 6:30 am until time of service at 10:00 am with Rev. Matthew Marks officiating.

Burial in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery or School. Young & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. in Perryville, MO provided the arrangements.
