Norma J. Beckman, 79, of Moline, died Saturday, September 8, 2018 at her home. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made in care of the National Kidney Foundation. Norma was born in Wyanet, Ill.

on December 3, 1938, a daughter of Clarence and Esther Nicholson Beckman. Norma worked for Seaford Clothing Company and Servus Rubber many years ago. In the time since, she has been a homemaker.

Norma enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and spending time with her grandchildren and family. Those left to cherish her memory include her sons (and spouses); James A. (Alina Sanchez) Beckman and Timothy A. (Vona) Beckman, both of Moline; grandchildren, Kayden, Gavin, Shyanne, Breanna, Kristin, Jason and Cody; and siblings, John Beckman, Kewanee and Francis Ulrich, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Phyllis Draminski, Mary Wells and Judy Erickson and brother, Sam Beckman.
