Sandra L. Allen, 76, of Milan, passed away Sunday September 9, 2018 at UPH-Trinity, Rock Island. Private graveside services will be held in Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Sandra was born on February 20, 1942 in Moline, the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Brenstrom) Hall.

She married William Allen on December 28, 1963. Mrs. Allen had been employed for Seaford Clothing, Rock Island for 30 years before her retirement. She loved enjoyed reading, walking, bicycling and boating.

Survivors include her husband, William; daughter, Tammy (Derek) Kinney, Davenport; grandson, Tysen; siblings, Tim Hall, Rock Island, Michelle Scheckel, Silvis, Patricia VanAuken, Milan, Pamela Puig, East Moline, Christine Hanson, Rock Island. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, John Hall and sisters, Melody Christoff and Sherri Moss.
