NORMA JEAN BRODBECK September 21, 1931 – September 15, 2017 Resident of Santa Cruz, CA Norma Jean Brodbeck was born in Woodbury, Michigan. She was the youngest sister to siblings Marquerite and Luther Jr She is survived by her nephews, Steven Williams of Eureka, CA; Michael Williams of Tucson, AZ; Michael Brodbeck of Alma, MI; and niece Patricia Hope of Minnesota.

Norma had a long career with Roadway Trucking which she was very proud of. She enjoyed living near the beach and liked to spend time traveling and reading. She especially enjoyed dining out with her friends to savor the local seafood and wine.

Norma had a strong faith in the Lord and was a longtime member of Messiah Lutheran Church. She was kind and humble and never had an unkind word for anyone. She gave to many charitable causes.

She will be fondly remembered and missed by her friends and family. Friends were invited to a memorial service at Messiah Lutheran Church in Santa Cruz, CA on Sunday, October 8, 2017. There will be a Graveside Memorial Service on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 10:00 am in which she will be laid to rest with her brother, sister, and parents at Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa, Michigan.
