Norma Fecteau, 87, of Torrington, CT, passed away Wednesday, September 26th, at Valerie Manor. She was the wife of the late Roger Fecteau. Norma was born in Bridgeport, CT on April 28, 1931, daughter of the late Mildred (Chase) and August Duchene.

She had been employed by Star’s Department Store, Adam’s House Healthcare, and McDonalds Restaurant. She was an avid UCONN and Red Sox fan and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by sons David D’Andrea and wife Cindy of Goshen, and Andre D’Andrea and wife Connie of Sandisfield MA, and a daughter Holly Snecinski and husband Stanley of Torrington, 5 grandchildren; Krista, David Jr., Chuck, Ryan, and Dawn; 10 great grandchildren and 9 step grandchildren, step children Gail, Carol, Bruce, LeeAnn, Greg, Suzanne and Jennie.

She was predeceased by step sons Roger and James and step granddaughter Shawn, and brothers Donald and Russell. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM on Monday, October 1st at Phalen Funeral Home in Torrington, CT . Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery.

Friends may call prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Monday.
