Obituary for Olive Burdette Beyer Olive Burdette Beyer, age 97, of Gloversville, NY passed away on April 16, 2018 at Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville. Born in Northville, NY on March 24, 1921, she is the daughter of the late George and Ella Williams Allen. She is a lifetime resident of the area and a former member of the Red Hat Society.

She was a dedicated and loving wife and mother. Survivors include daughter JoAnn Malik of Gloversville, cousins, Donna (Ray) Fancher and James Deming of Northville and nieces, Janet Culver of FL and Cheryl Culver of OH; foster daughter, Monica Kenyon of Gloversville. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph Burdette in December of 1988 and her second husband William “Bud” Beyer in 2000.

She is also predeceased by her sister, Marie Culver. A graveside service of remembrance will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Olive’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
