Obituary for Onice Fields Onice Fields, age 98, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, November 9, 2018. She was born in Atlanta, GA on March 28, 1920 to the late Harvey Fields and Kitty Fields. Onice spent her life as an educator.

She graduated college with her master’s degree. Onice is survived by a long list of loving nieces, nephews, friends and church members. She was strong in her faith was a life long member of Cedar Grove Church of Christ.

The funeral service celebrating the life of Onice is Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 11 AM in the chapel of Mckoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson Street, in Newnan with Minister Ross Anderson, former student Sandy Golden and former student Al Folda. Burial will follow the service at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta, GA. The family will receive friends Monday, November 12, 2018 from 5 PM until 7 PM at McKoon Funeral Home.
