Obituary for Orbin E. Lawson Bluefield, WV- Orbin Eugene Lawson, 72, of Bluefield, WV, died Wednesday October 17, 2018 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born July 1, 1946 in Richmond, VA, he was a son of the late Bonnie Fay Lawson. In addition to his mother, Mr. Lawson was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Pauline Stone Lawson.

Survivors include his daughter, Paula Riley and her husband, Reece Riley, Jr.; and special friends, Mary Steele and Jackie Gillespie. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday October 23, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from the Mercer Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Larry Hargett officiating.
