M. at Owens-Thomas Funeral Home in Ville Platte, LA. The visitation will be observed from 8:00 A. M. until service time at Owens Thomas Funeral Home with burial will be in the St. Paul Baptist Church Cemetery in Ville Platte, LA. Orenia passed away on March 2, 2019 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Ville Platte, LA.

Minister Donna Gail Fontenot will officate the service. Orenia Doucet was born on July 11, 1937 to Urick and Elma Allison. Orenia is survived by her husband: Edgar Doucet, LA.

Three children: Lorena Doucet, Michael Doucet and Robert Doucet all of Ville Platte, LA. Three siblings: Regina Allison of Eunice, LA, Urick Allison Jr of Marksville, LA and Michael Allison of Altheimer, Arkansas; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a host of neices, nephews, family and friends. Owens-Thomas Funeral Home of Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
