Ozlynn “Ozzy” Khaos Adams September 21, 2018 ~ February 28, 2019 Ozlynn Khaos Adams lost her battle with cancer. Capturing our hearts and storing them in her cheeks is what Ozlynn did in her five hard-fought months. Her beautiful eyes and bright smile will be deeply missed.

We love you, Ozzy, you are very dear to us and will always be in our hearts. The family gives special thanks to all of the staff of ICS on the 4th floor at Primary Children’s Hospital, and especially to Claire for all she did for us; you are amazing. Ozzy is survived by her mother, Jennica L. Massie, her father, David Adams, Ogden; grandfather, Paul Joseph Babinsky, Kaysville; sister Havic Lynn Massie, Ogden; aunt, Jami (Stephen) Kelleher, West Haven; uncle, Joey (Rachel) Babinsky, Layton; seven cousins and many extended family.

She was preceded in death by her “grammy”, Debbie L. Clark. The family will meet with friends Wednesday, March 6, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Cremation entrusted to Lundquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
