PAMELA’s Obituary Pamela C. Fletcher passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the age of 63 on May 11th, 2019 following a brief battle with cancer. Pamela was born June 24th, 1955 in Ravenna, Ohio the daughter of Gene and Pauline Hill. Pamela grew up in Stowe, Ohio and was a graduate of Stowe High School class of 1973.

Leaving the northern Ohio winters Pam lived briefly in Colorado before heading south to Florida “the sunshine state” her permanent home since 1982. While living in Florida she met Michael Fletcher whom after courtship and engagement she was married to and would be together with for just short of 35 years, raising three sons Jason, Tyler, and Alex. The only girl amongst four guys she managed to fit in just fine.

Pam will always be remembered for many things; baking the batches of Christmas cookies for everyone each year, planting flowers in the front flower bed and then keeping watch that her sons didn’t weed eat them when mowing the yard, or looking all over the north Georgia mountains antique shops for dishes to make her dish gardens are just a few that come to mind. Pamela is survived by her husband, Michael; sons, Jason, Tyler and Alex; her father and mother, Gene and Pauline Hill of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; brother, Michael Hill (Susan) of Copley, Ohio; sisters, Teddy Latta (Gregory) of Frostburg, Maryland, Connie Paparone (Robert) of Cuyahoga Falls ,Ohio, and Robin Hursell of Westlake, Ohio, mother and father in law, Joann and Norman Fletcher; brother and sister in law, Timothy and Laurie Fletcher, as well as nieces and nephews in Florida and Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960 in memory of Pamela C. Fletcher.
