Pamela G. “Pam” Padgett, 60, a lifetime resident of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019 with her family at her side. She was born September 28, 1958 in Muskogee to Melvin Harrison and Frances (Holder) Sprouse. Pam attended public schools and graduated from Muskogee High School.

She married the love of her life, David Allen Padgett Sr., on October 12, 1984 in Muskogee. They shared more than 34 years of life and marriage together. Pam loved her family and was a wonderful homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Buster and Delia Harrison, Lloyd and Mary Holder; father and stepmother, Melvin and Sue Harrison; and niece, Autumn Harrison. Pam is survived by her husband, David Padgett Sr. of Muskogee; children, Drs. John and Kerry Mose of Bixby, OK, Mandy and Eric Knittel of Austin, TX, Charles Padgett of Tulsa, and David and Kasey Padgett of Broken Arrow, OK; mother and stepfather, Frances and Don Sprouse of Muskogee; siblings, Jeff and Lori Harrison, Teresa Maddocks, Donna and Jeff Lashley, all of Muskogee; grandchildren, John Mose IV, Macy Mose, Kate Knittel, Aiden Knittel, and Luke Knittel; along with other family members and friends who will greatly miss her.

The family will receive friends from 5:30-7:30pm, Friday, March 8, 2019 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Funeral services celebrating Pam’s life will be 10AM, Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Sam Dunn officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brent Maddocks, Hunter Harrison, James Maddocks, Dakota Lashley, Tyler Harrison, and John Broyles. Honorary pallbearer will be Matt Cornett. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Pamela G. “Pam” Padgett please visit our Sympathy Store.
