Parker Shawn Petty June 20, 1994 -July 23, 2018 Parker Shawn Petty 24 of Syracuse Utah passed away July 23, 2018. Parker was born to Shawn and Nicole Jaques Petty on June 20, 1994 in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from Clearfield High School.

Parker is a journeyman plumber by trade and is employed by Lagoon Corp. Parker was preceded in death by his brother Casey Shawn Petty, Grandfather Ronald Roy Jaques, Grandparents Dwight and Barbra Petty, Great Grandparents William and Madge Rabenstein, uncle Gary Williams and cousin Pam Nelson. Parker is survived by his loving parents Shawn and Nicole Jaques Petty, His entire world Jayel, Kaylee, McKayden, Jace, Kaitlyn, and Bretleigh.

Siblings Natalie Petty (Ryan) Fielding, Ashlee Petty, Mackensie Petty, fiancé and soulmate Brandi Gresham, Grandma Mary Lee Little, Aunt Teri (Kevin) Sorensen, Cousins Ben Nelson, Ryan Nelson, and Tyler Sorensen along with many dearly loved family and friends. Parker has a contagious giggle, you can’t help but laugh when he laughs. His silliness lights up any room he enters.

Parker enjoys playing baseball with his buddies, motocross, illegal fireworks, being in the mountains fishing, boating, having a fire, and being a wannabe lumberjack (which always scared us). Parker claims to underwater basket weave but we have never seen a finished piece. He loves his New York Yankees, Dallas Cowboys, and Utah Jazz.

He wouldn’t tolerate any other teams being best and loved to defend his teams. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 30 2018 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd.

Friends may visit with family on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment will be held at the Keysville City Cemetery.
