Patricia A. Dugan, 73, of Williamsport passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018. Born April 23, 1945 in Williamsport she was a daughter of the late George R. and Irene Follmer Dugan. Patricia was lovingly raised by her stepmother, the late Vida M. Dugan.

Patricia attended Miss Wheaton’s Business School and later retired from the Williamsport Hospital Billing Department. She enjoyed watching television, playing on the computer, working in her yard, loving and caring for her two cats. Surviving is a sister, Kathleen D. Farrand, of Laurel, Md.

; a brother, Jerry R. Metzger, of Ormond Beach, Fla. ; several nieces and nephews and her two very special friends, Mary Ann Stine and Susan Nyman. A graveside service to honor the life of Patricia will be held 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, May 8 at Wildwood Cemetery, 1151 Cemetery St. Williamsport, PA.

Please meet at the office. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Pat’s name to, LAPS, 195 Phillips Park Dr. Williamsport, PA 17702.
