Patricia Ann “Pat” Fann, 76, of Scottsville, KY passed away Monday, September 17, 2018 at her residence. The Montgomery, AL native was a former CNA at Macon General Hospital in Lafayette, TN. She is survived by her husband: Jerry Fann, Scottsville, KY; 3 sons: Jerry Robert Fann and wife, Helen, and Jerry Calvin Fann and wife, Candise, all of Scottsville, KY; Gary Ray Fann and wife, Jennifer, Lafayette, TN; 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 unborn great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by an infant son. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Stamps officiating and burial in Clifton Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
