Patricia Ann Lyon March 02, 1956 – February 18, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Patricia Ann (Costin) Lyon, 62, of Washington, IL, formerly of Marseilles, passed away Monday, February 18, 2019 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, February 20th at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home in Marseilles. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Rev.

Duane Kaufman officiating Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Seneca. Patricia was born March 02, 1956 in Victoria, TX. to Harlan and Jane (Mitchell) Costin.

She was employed by OSF Meals On Wheels and was a waitress. She was a loving, outgoing person who loved animals, nature, especially fishing, and adored her grandson. Patricia is survived by her son, Michael (Teri) Costin of Peoria; two grandchildren, James (Stephanie) Costin and Cody Costin; three great- grandchildren, Millie, Alex, and Abel; her mother, Jane Costin of Marseilles; her siblings, Ricky (Lisa) Costin of Streator, Jodean (Bill) Peek of Marseilles, Penny (Les) Russell of Alabama, and Tammy Meder of Marseilles; her significant other, Albert Podkanowicz of Washington, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and one sister, Donna Costin-Cumming. Memorials may be directed to the family. Pallbearers will be Michael and James Costin, Nick, Paul and Luke Russell and Adam Fultz.
