Patricia Louise Monk, 56 Patricia Louise Monk, 56 of West Portsmouth passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018 at her home. She was born April 21, 1962 in Portsmouth to the late Estil and Easter Huff Adams. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter; Natasha Louise Monk, 4 brothers, and 2 sisters.

Patricia is survived by her ex-husband; Mark Monk, 5 brothers; Gary Adams of Portsmouth, David Adams of Wheelersburg, Charlie Adams of North Carolina, Johnny Adams, and Roger Adams both of Texas, 3 sisters; Shirley Collett of Portsmouth, Sharon Banuslos of Colorado, and Pamela Acosta of Texas, many nieces, nephews, loving friends, and neighbors. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, July 30, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with George Gravely officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8:00 PM on Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday.
