FORD, PATRICIA “PATTY”, 60 OF HERSHEY, PA, FORMERLY OF BLAIRSVILLE, PA passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 in Hershey, PA. She was born August 10, 1958 in Johnstown, PA. She is survived by her mother, Anne Montgomery, Blairsville, PA; son, Frank Brink Jr., Indiana, PA; daughter, Autumn Daily & fiancé Chris Berkey, Hershey, PA; many Grandchildren; sisters: Nancy Montgomery, Latrobe, PA, Peggy Barnhart, Homer City, PA and Vickie Montgomery, Blairsville, PA.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Montgomery Jr.; paternal grandparents,Hazel Hanlin and Harry Montgomery Sr.; maternal grandparents, Arlene Benedict and Charles Benedict. Services were held in Hershey, PA. Memorial donations may be made to the family.
