Patricia E. Sessions, 83, Marathon, died Sunday, June 24, 2018 at The Bay at Colonial Manor Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Wausau, under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services. She was born August 14, 1934 in Fairchild, Wis. , daughter of the late Andrew and Amanda (Kottke) Olson.

On October 11, 1952, she married DuWane “Duke” Sessions in Fairchild. He preceded her in death on September 23, 2014. Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed crocheting and embroidery.

For many years, she took great joy in babysitting for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Patricia loved to go fishing and spent many wonderful days at the family cottage. Survivors include, four children, Ida White, Thorp, Roxanne Sessions, Schofield, Wayne (Jane) Sessions, Marathon and Paul (Cookie) Sessions, Marathon; six grandchildren, Tracy (Sean) Wix, DuWane (Amanda) Sessions, Brian (Kaci) Sessions, Kristopher (Heather) White, Samantha (fiancé Ryan Warner) Sessions and Autumn (Joe) Jenz; 11 great-grandchildren, Alexis, Vanessa, Natalie, Alyssa, Cameron, Sophia, Michael, Caitlin, Spencer, Justin and Zander; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Nancy Jean; 14 siblings; and one son-in-law, Bill White. Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Marathon. Visitation will be on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
