Reese, 77, a resident of Montgomery, PA, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at his residence. Born Saturday, June 21, 1941 at Montgomery, Lycoming Co., PA, he was the son of the late Gloria (Mincemoyer) Hornberger. Paul was the husband of Connie L. (King) Reese with whom he celebrated a 23rd wedding on June 21, 2018.

Paul honorably served his country with the US navy during the Viet Nam War. He was employed as an experimental mechanic by Avco-Lycoming at Williamsport. Paul was a member and past commander of Bower-Decker American Legion Post #251 at Montgomery, the Edward J. Smith V.F.W. Post #3428 at Muncy and A.B.A.T.E. of Pennsylvania.

He enjoyed riding motorcycles, woodworking, watching TV and sci-fi movies Paul was an avid Penn State fan and especially enjoyed being with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Paul is survived by seven children, Paul Reese, Jr. of Williamsport, PA; Julie and Stephen Gresh of Turbotville, PA; Jeffrey Frey of Danville, PA; Michelle and Stephen Michaels of Turbotville, PA; Gloria and Gregory Famiglio of Montgomery, PA; Larry and Brenda King of Montgomery, PA; Melinda and Tim Bodgen of Montgomery, PA; 22 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. A graveside committal service will take place in Green Lawn Memorial Park later at a date and time to be announced.
