Richmondville- Philip S. Patrick, 80, formerly of Richmondville, and most recently of Palatine Nursing and Rehab Center in Palatine Bridge, died Saturday at St. Mary’s Healthcare in Amsterdam. Philip was born November 2, 1937 in Richmondville and was the son of Stanley and Helen (Shaw) Patrick. He was a graduate of the former Richmondville Central School, a member of the Richmondville United Methodist Church, as he lived most of his adult life in Schenectady he was also a member of the Schenectady United Methodist Church.

Philip proudly served his country enlisting in the United States Navy from 1955 until his honorable discharge in 1959. He was predeceased by a sister, Marjorie Patrick. Philip is survived by his sister, Dorothy Moot, of Schenectady, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm, Saturday, June 2, 2016, at Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home, 171 Elm Street, Cobleskill, with Rev. Ken Simurro officiating.
