Philip Clarence Webb, 44, Kingsport, passed away January 20, 2019 at Holston Valley Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a cook at Tennessee Jacks on the River, where he took great pleasure cooking a great meal for customers. He accepted the Lord while in the hospital in December so he is with his loving family and our Lord.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Suzy Benson Dinsmore and Milton Owen Webb; grandparents, Philip and Helen Allen Benson, Harry and Maureen Webb; and his little sister, Rachel Templeton Seals. He is survived by his loving wife of many years, Jill Glatt; his children, Geoffrey Charles Glatt (Taylor), Samuel Blayze Webb (Tori), Skyla Lanea Webb (Adam), Star Renea Garber and Heather Lynn Glatt (Theo)and Christina Glatt; many grandchildren, Novaleigh Glatt, Madeleine Wilburn, Mallonee Webb, Lillian, Mason Gibbson, Aurora Glatt, Ava Tipton, Alexis Tipton and Alex Tipton ,including his soon to be namesake due in April, Jaylen Philip Clarence Dallas Krauss. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, Desmer Webb, Terry Webb (Ashley), Jason Dinsmore, Michelle McAnally (Jerome), Samantha Cupp (Mike); step-father, Sam Dinsmore; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He will be missed by friends, Tony Smith, Paula Spangler, Heath Drinnon and Christy Drinnon and many more friends and he will also be missed by his furry friends, Kali, Angus and Peanut. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm Sunday February 3, 2019 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 pm with Rev.
