Betty Sue Carver, 81, of Rogersville, TN, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 17, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, John D. “Red” Carver; parents, Pat and Doc Brooks; sisters, Lillian Price, Trula Price, Athene Brooks; brothers, Sam Brooks, Kenneth Brooks, and Malcolm Brooks. Survivors include her son, Tim Carver and wife Lesia; three grandchildren, Jonathan Carver and wife Brooke, Nicole Estep and husband Bruce, and Lara Gilliam and husband Shawn; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Mary Trent; one brother, Jack Brooks and wife Jean; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, January 18, 2019, at Dean Cemetery. All that wish to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery. Christian-Sells Funeral Home of Rogersville is serving the family.
