Phyllis L. Shandorf Cunningham, 90 of Scottdale, East Huntingdon Twp, Passed away peacefully, early Sunday morning, October 28, 2018 in Scottdale Manor and Rehabilitation Center, Scottdale. She was born April 1, 1928 in Everson, the daughter of the late Adolph and Margaret Kuhns Collins Shandorf. Phyllis was a devout Catholic and faithful member of the Partner Parish of St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Scottdale.

She was a graduate of the former Scottdale High School Class of 1946. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother to her family and a friend to many. Phyllis was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Phyllis is gone from our lives, but will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, Her loving and devoted Daughters and Sons-In-Law: Mary Kay Hawkins and husband Wes of Scottdale Joyce Cappa and husband Joe of Scottdale Her Grandchildren: Christopher Hawkins of Pittsburgh Cody Hawkins of Scottdale Anthony Cappa and wife Jessica of Pittsburgh Angela Onuska and wife Sam of Pittsburgh Her Brother-In-Law: Kenneth Eicher of Scottdale And Numerous Nieces and Nephews In addition to her Parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by: Her loving Husband of 63 years, Gene T. Cunningham (Aug. 22, 2018) Siblings: Edna Tamblyn Leo Shandorf Anna Marie Ramsey Marguerite Hepler Genevieve Hosflet Ludwig Virginia Rega And Elaine Eicher. Family and Friends of Phyllis are cordially invited to the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale, Tuesday from 2PM – 8PM.

Prayers of Transfer will be held at Noon Wednesday in the Funeral Home, followed by her Funeral Mass at 12:30 PM in the Partner Parish of St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Scottdale, with her Pastor, Rev. Andrew M. Kawecki, as Celebrant. Committal Services and Interment will follow in St. John Parish Cemetery, Scottdale.
