Rita J. Nevi Koza, 87 of Scottdale, passed away, Friday, October 19, 2018 ,in Amber House, Mt. Pleasant, in the presence of famly. She was born May 1, 1931 in Mt.

Pleasant, a daughter of the late John P. and Josephine Monasdena Nevi. Rita was a member of the Partner Parish of St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, Scottdale. She was a graduate of the former Scottdale Joint High School.

She was employed for many years by her Father, the late John P. Nevi, in the family business, Nevi Confectionary, on South Broadway. Rita loved to go shopping, anywhere, with her loving daughter, Valerie A. Aiello, until her passing in 2011. Rita is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, Her Loving and devoted Brother and Sister-In-Law: Thomas Nevi and wife Virginia of Scottdale Her caring Son- In-Law: Carl L. Aiello of Scottdale, with whom Rita resided In addition to her parents, Rita will once again be united with: Her husband, Stanley P. Koza (Mar.

28, 2008) Her Daughter, Valerie A. Aiello (Dec. 11, 2011) Two Sisters: Hilda Nevi (Oct. 15, 1985) Molly Tantlinger (Sept.

24, 1989) A Brother: John (Perry) Nevi (Aug. 23, 2003) Private Cremation Services and inurnment will take place in St. John the Baptist, Parish Cemetery, Scottdale, next to her late Husband, Stanley and her Daughter Valerie. Cremation Services for Rita have been entrusted to the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc., 417 Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale.
