Homer Sinclair, Jr., 84, of Evansville, passed away Monday, January 28, 2019 at Deaconess Hospital Midtown Campus. Homer was born August 24, 1934 in Cannelton, IN to the late Homer, Sr. and Florence (Boullie) Sinclair. He worked at Whirlpool Corporation for 42 years; was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of VFW Post #1114.

Surviving Homer are his former wife and caregiver, Kathleen Guetling of Evansville; daughter, Annette (Mike McCraw) Hester; sons, Christopher (Brenda) Sinclair, Scott Sinclair and Tim Sinclair, all of Evansville; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Homer was preceded in death by two sisters, Patsy Myers and Daisy Reed. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 AM on Friday, February 1, 2019 at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev.

Theodore Tempel officiating. Entombment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, where the Vanderburgh County Retired Veterans Memorial Club will conduct military rites. Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 until 8:00 PM on Thursday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
