Rachel “Raay” D. McGraw February 6, 1997–January 13, 2019 Rachel “Raay” D. McGraw and her daughter Millie Maree Smith, of Jeffersonville passed away on Sunday January 13, 2019 at their residence. She was born February 6, 1997 to the Roger McGraw and Lorry (Max Lyons) Stroup . Raay leaves behind her “Baby Daddy” Justin Smith .

In addition to her parents and baby daddy, Raay is survived by her brothers Rod (Mandy) McGraw, Scott (Rose) Frederick, Roger “Bub” McGraw Jr., Kyle McGraw, Mark (Beth) Rittenhouse, Matthew Stroup, Chase Daugherty and Dalton (Shireen) Daugherty; sisters Rebecca McGraw, Kelli McGraw, Kindra McGraw, Megan Stroup and Katie Conley; stepfather Jackie (Elaine) Daugherty; grandparents Larry (Mary) Stoup, Mary Lou Stroup, Orpha Weipper and Mary Daugherty and close friend Ryan Roberts. Funeral service will be held on Thursday January 24, 2019 at 11:00AM at Morrow Funeral Home, Washington C.H. Burial will be in Greenfield Cemetery.
