Randall Dwaine Parks, age 62, of Grand Ledge, MI, passed away September 7, 2018 in Charlotte, MI. He was born September 30, 1955 in Falfurrias, Texas, son of the late Earl and Louida (Smith) Randall. Randall was a former mapmaker for the USDA; graduate from University of Texas, San Antonia and volunteered as alumni at the university.
