Randy C. Allen August 26, 1954 – January 20, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Randy Charles Allen of Circle Pines, passed away January 20th, 2019. Randy was born to Charles Edward and Delores (Egan) Allen on August 26th, 1954. He was the fourth of six children.

He graduated from Janesville High School in 1972. Enlisting in the United States Army. Serving in Korea.

He married Kathy Bartelt and later divorced, he married Jill Anderson in 1988 and they later divorced. Randy held many jobs in his life, working in Mankato as a counselor, as a roadie for various bands in the area. He had worked at various jobs in the Waseca area and at McNeilus in Dodge Center and most recently at nVent-Hoffman companies in Anoka.

Randy is survived by his brothers Donnie (Sharon) Allen, Michael (Maureen Green) and sisters Debbie (Bruce) Tappe and Darla (Tim) Dahnert. Daughter Jenny Dulas and many nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents, brother Dennis and nephew Eric, and grandparents.

Randy was an animal lover, quick to make friends with people and had a great sense of humor. He was also a lost soul, hoping that he finds eternal peace. Service details will be published on a later date.
