Raymond Edwards January 15, 1931 – January 07, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Mr. Raymond Lee Edwards, 87, a resident of the Crystal community, died Monday, January 7, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at White-Ranson Funeral Home with Rev. Dale True officiating.

Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Pallbearers will be his Sons and Grandsons.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until hour of service on Wednesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home. Mr. Edwards was born on January 15, 1931 in Obion County, TN son of the late George and Icy May (Priest) Edwards. He married the former Elsie Ethridge.

She survives. He worked as a Welder for the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He was a member of Mt.

Olive Baptist Church, Union City and of the Masonic Lodge. The family requests memorials be sent to: Le Bonheurs Children’s Hospital, 848 Adams Ave, Memphis, Tn 38103. Mr. Edwards is survived four sons and daughter-in-laws; Mike (Marla) Edwards, George (Tammie) Edwards, both of Union City, Greg (Jill) Edwards of Clarksville, Ralph (Becky) Edwards of Union City; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Imogene Sampson, and two brothers; John D. Edwards, and H. L. Edwards.
