Regina Ann (Davis) Brown was born on September 1, 1963 in Kansas City, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Davis Regina was educated in the Kansas City Public Schools and graduated from Southeast High School in 1981. She graduated from Central Missouri State University in 1986 with a B.S. in Broadcasting and Film.

Regina was employed in the broadcasting industry at KSHB Channel 41 in Kansas City and WKRN Channel 2 in Nashville, Tennessee. She later worked for the U.S. Marine Corps at Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base and Center 52 School District as a Video Instructor. Regina accepted Christ at an early age and was an active member of Concord Fortress of Hope Church, especially in the Circle of Hope Cancer Ministry.

Regina and her husband Richard loved to travel. Among their destinations included Japan, Switzerland, France, Germany, Jamaica, The Grand Cayman Islands, Canada, Mexico, Hawaii and a host of U.S. cities. Kansas City was her hometown, but she also lived in Guam, Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Morrilton, Arkansas.

Regina Ann (Davis) Brown leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Missouri State Representative Richard Brown; father, Cleophus Davis; brother, Niwar C. Davis; and a host of family and friends. Funeral Service for Regina Ann (Davis) Brown will be held Monday, May 21, 1:00 p.m. at Concord Fortress of Hope Church 11050 W. Longview Pkwy. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Church.

Interment, Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Flowers and condolences may be sent to Lawrence A. Jones and Sons Funeral Chapel 1800 E. Linwood Blvd.

, Kansas City, MO 64109. The family suggests contributions be sent in Regina’s memory to the Circle of Hope Cancer Ministry at Concord Fortress of Hope Church.
